Hi, I’m Caitlin,
I’m a registered nurse and cosmetic injector who’s spent years listening closely to what people are really asking for when they ask for “better”, and it’s rarely just about a wrinkle or a lip.
I work at the intersection of cosmetic medicine, nervous-system awareness, and self-perception, helping patients feel more at home in their faces without losing themselves in the chase for perfection.

I’m currently available for consulting engagements.
As a human,
I’m equal parts grounded and searching: devoted to evidence, but deeply interested in consciousness, meaning, and the subtle ways we become who we are.
As a creator,
I translate what I see in the treatment room into writing, teachings, and practices that reconnect beauty to truth, embodiment, and self-compassion.
My work
isn’t about shaming aesthetics or pretending appearance doesn’t matter—it’s about widening the conversation so “beauty” becomes a doorway back to wholeness. Above all, I’m here to remind you that you can refine the outside and still come home to the inside.
