I created this guide because I’ve sat across from hundreds of people in my treatment chair, and I’ve learned to tell the difference between someone who’s ready for treatment and someone who’s looking for treatment to save them.

Treatment can be beautiful. It can be part of your self-care. It can help you feel more aligned.

But it will never be enough if what you’re really seeking is self-acceptance, worthiness, or relief from pain that lives deeper than your skin.

I’m an educator, not a salesperson. My job is to help you see yourself clearly—and sometimes, that means helping you see that what you’re asking for isn’t actually what you need.

If you land in the Yellow or Red path, that doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you’re human. And it means you deserve care that goes deeper than a needle.

This guide is my way of holding space for that truth.
